As I was getting my Aveda fix in the Natick Mall I was talking to the sales associate about looking for a new Aveda only salon since I wasn't happy with my current salon. She recommended trying out Tropez Salon and Day Spa which was across the street from the mall, she also gave me a 25% off flyer as well. I decided I was long over due for a color. I called and was able to get in to see Jacki within the time frame I was looking for. When I called to book my appointment I was offered a manicure for $10 or a pedicure for $20 while my color processed. I of course couldn't say no to that and got a manicure with Colleen. Not only did my hair and nails turn out amazing but didn't break my bank account either. I enjoyed having something to do while I sat and processed as well. Rest of staff was very nice and eager to help me. I enjoyed my experience and can't wait to go back.‎

Being new to the area I searched online for a new salon close to my new home. I tried many salons but never ended up actually being able to book anything based on schedule or the way I was treated on the phone, that all changed when I found and called Tropez. The woman who answered the phone was very polite, professional and was able to find an appointment in the time slot and day I was hoping for. I've now been a client here for almost a year and have not only seen multiple stylists for hair but also enjoyed their spa services as well. I am always treated like a VIP guest and it is obvious the staff is happy to be taking care of you. I recommend this salon and spa to anyone who is looking for 5 star treatment and services in the metrowest area; I have even gotten friends to drive from Brighton and Rhode Island who now refuse to go anywhere else!‎

I just can't stress enough how happy I was when I google searched spas and took advantage of their $50 spa package. I got a facial, massage, and pedi and everyone was great. I first I was thinking, "whats the catch" and that maybe the facility wouldn't be very nice. But this is by far the nicest spa I have ever been too. I loved Inna, (she did my facial) and I booked with her again for an hour treatment. (which is only $50 btw). They have only been open a year but I think once people realize how beautiful and inexpensive this place is, you own't be able to get an appointment.‎
