I have to update my original review (3.5 stars) and say that the owner graciously invited me back for a pedicure and massage after reading the my review. I definitely improves my view of the customer service and quality of the spa.

I bought a slew of buywithme coupons for the Tropez Salon and used my first one on a facial the other day. Never having a facial before the friendly receptionist explained the process and introduced me to the changing room and gave me my robe. The actual room the facial was in was super relaxing. My facialist explained what she was going to do through the entire facial with the intention of keeping silent while doing the work, so that I would be able to relax. The facial was great, a neck and shoulder massage was included, and she definitely helped me get rid of some of my blotchy spots on my face. I stayed for a shampoo, blow dry and style as I was heading out for my anniversary dinner right after. Stylist was great, facialist was great and I can't wait to use the rest of my coupons for more services... I guarantee you I'll keep coming back if the service is as stellar, even after my coupons are gone.

spa in Hull, MA (see my other reviews) but they were unable to accomodate our appointments as a group. I started searching Yelp for highly recommended spas within easy driving distance from Boston and noticed a great deal at Tropez Salon & Day Spa in Natick in the sidebar. $50 for a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure!?! There had to be a catch... so I investigated further. The deal was for an upper body massage (30 mins), a mini facial (30 mins) a manicure and an express pedicure (30 mins). I thought it was a great deal and saw the other stellar reviews, so I called.

The receptionist I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and did her best to accomodate our needs. She helped me book appointments for four girls with only 3 days notice... and all the appointments were within a 2 hour timeframe on a Saturday afternoon. She also gave me a confirmation phone call the day before our services. Unfortunately, one of my friends was unable to come with us because she caught a stomach bug, but the salon was very understanding.

The location of Tropez is great. It's directly across the street from the Natick Collection, which is ideal if you want to get a bite to eat or do some shopping before or after your services!

Upon arriving at the spa, they took our coats and asked us if we would like tea, coffee or water. They showed us where to change into our robes and slippers and how to use the lockers for our belongings, and then led us to the Transition Room to enjoy our tea and relax before our treatments. The environment is soothing with nice music, tvs displaying waves crashing on the beach, lovely scented candles and everything is extremely clean.

First, Heather gave me the 30 min upper body massage. I think it was a good choice for a first-time massage... I loved it and will definitely be back for more! Next, Inna did my facial. She was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had. I really feel like she went above and beyond for a mini-facial! Jenn did my nails. Again, very friendly and professional. She even recommended a great restaurant within the mall for us to try after we left the spa, which was delicious! During all of my services, I did not feel rushed and I really felt like they truly appreciated our business.

For those who might be interested in booking services at Tropez after their deal expires, their prices are exremely affordable. Just as an example, I know from inquiring at other spas that a 60 minute hot stone massage will usually run you more than $100 for 60 minutes... but Tropez only charges $75! I hope to book that for my next visit.

Overall, I cannot think of a single thing that would have made my experience at Tropez better. Do yourself a favor and book your spa treatments with them... you will not be sorry!

Tropez is a wonderful salon! They make you feel very welcome and are always attentive. My hair always looks awesome when I leave and I've had the most complements since I have gotten my hair done there. Awesome job!
